Refunds & Returns

• Muskmallow shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers.
• Muskmallow can exchange sizes of the same product. Our products are also eligible for a style change. A credit note can be issued, which will be valid for 30 days.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact.
• You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the outfit via email (info@muskmallow.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9099996679) of your intent to exchange.
• An outfit is eligible for exchange/alteration/style change only once. The delivery charges for size exchange/alterations are ₹350.
• Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered.
• Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
• Products under clearance/sample sale will not be eligible for alteration/size exchange.
